Liquid Measuring Thermostat System
All units come equipped with our Precision Digital Technology (PDT) liquid temperature measuring thermostat system, incorporating:
- Self Calibrating Probe: The probe contains a sensor chip, which communicates back and forth to the thermostat, resulting in a consistent and accurate temperature setting.
- Built in Defrost Cycle: The unit is designed to shut off for five minutes every ninety minutes in order to prevent frost build up, allowing the unit to continue to cool effectively even in demanding environments.
Display Cabinets*
Designed to add new dimensions to our wine cabinets, our Display Cabinets offer matching display cabinetry on each side of the wine storage cabinet. This distinctive option provides a means to display wine accessories and books while softening the overall extended depth inherent to double deep bottle storage.

Mouldings*
The Vinotheque series offers the enhancement of crown, base and side panel mouldings to further complement your surroundings. With several options to choose from your wine cabinet strikes the perfect balance between form and function.

Finish Options
All cabinets come standard in red oak. The wood grain offers a consistent grain variation, which contrasts nicely and accepts stains and finishes well. Should you prefer a different timber we offer the following:
